The main house hosts a second-story master bedroom (King) with master bath and second floor deck with spectacular views. There is a small room off the master bedroom with a daybed and armoire—perfect for a Pack-n-Play or just to spread out.  

The main floor offers two additional Queen bedrooms; a second full bathroom; a chef’s kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances and gorgeous island that opens to the chic, yet comfortable great room; and a dining room with wine fridge. The main floor opens to a beautiful blue-stone patio for outdoor relaxing, grilling and dining. An outdoor shower (unenclosed) is tucked around the corner.  

A separate guest house hosts one bedroom (two twins), full bath, kitchenette and living room (with pull out sleeper-sofa), plus an enclosed, light-drenched porch.
